Delivering for Rally Raid: Supporting a Major Motorsport Event in Argentina
Recently we completed a large-scale shipment of vehicles, equipment, and critical spare parts to Argentina in support of a major rally raid event. We are also now importing everything back to Europe for the customer to take to their next event.
Operating in motorsport logistics means working at the intersection of precision, speed, and reliability. For this event, we coordinated the movement of a significant volume of freight, ensuring that everything arrived on time and in perfect condition, ready to perform in one of the most demanding racing environments in the world.
Supporting World-Class Teams
Our scope included shipping race cars and essential spares for several leading teams and manufacturers, including:
- Defender – JLR / Prodrive
- Dacia – Alpine / Prodrive
- Ford – M-Sport
- Toyota South Africa – SVR
- Toyota Europe – Overdrive
- Toyota Poland – Energylandia Racing Team
Each team relies on precise, dependable logistics to keep their operations running smoothly across multiple stages, often in remote and challenging terrain. From customs coordination to careful handling and delivery, every detail matters when performance is on the line.
The Event in Action
Once everything was delivered, the focus shifted from logistics to competition. You can see the intensity and scale of the event in the official stage highlights below:

Logistics Behind the Scenes
While the spotlight is on the drivers and teams, the success of events like this depends heavily on what happens behind the scenes. Coordinating international shipments of high-value vehicles, technical equipment, and time-critical spare parts requires careful planning, specialist handling, and seamless execution.
From departure to arrival and now returning everything safely back to Europe - this project is a great example of global logistics in action, connecting continents and enabling world-class motorsport to happen.
